Motivating Beyond the Classroom

Every so often, we meet somebody who truly inspires us to excel. In Stamford American’s Global Mentor Program, we invite some of the world’s most inspirational minds, industry leaders, artists and athletes to engage with our students across our Stamford American campus, invigorating and motivating beyond the classroom.

Nobel Prize Winners

Nobel Laureates honored for their life-changing contributions share their views and experiences with Stamford students, who are inspired by this unique opportunity. Including: Sir James Mirrlees, 1996 Nobel Laureate for Economics, Professor Ei-ichi Negishi, 2010 Nobel Laureate for Chemistry and Professor Ada. E. As an example, our Stamford competitive swim squad trained and relayed against American Olympic Medalists and World Record Swimmers Jessica Hardy, David Plummer and Nathan Adrian. A world-cup legend and Real Madrid Ambassador for Asia Pacific, Roberto Carlos has also recently visited Stamford for a football clinic with the students and showing off his legendary kick on the Stamford Field.
